Some one special :)

Some say life is a journey...
It begins with the kind nourishment of parents.
Then soon you set out to explore the wonders of life.
Along the journey you learn to dream, make new friends,
and soar to new heights as you rejoice the surprises of life.
Just until one day you realize that you are missing someone very special.
That is precisely the moment when the universe conspires in favor of you
and gifts you the other half of you, whom you always missed but never knew
and without whom you can never be complete and dance to the music of life.
When you finally meet that special someone the journey of life is no more the same.
It simply becomes endearing and enchanting...

Love you sweetheart :)

Between Here and Heaven

Between Here and Heaven

A true blessing is one, when I am still alive to get up early in the morning to catch a glimpse of those lovesome rays of sun, feel the cool breeze rushing towards those enchanting meadows, inhale the soothing aroma of the damp soil with gleaming dews, witness that rainbow like frolicking birds flying against the backdrop of silver lit clouds, notice the mesmerizing flowers decorating even the ordinary nooks and corners of earth, the gushing sound of joyously unrestrained river by the side, an innocent smile on her face as she lies dreaming by my side, a slow paced heart overwhelmed with joy and a sense of thankfulness gushing from my being inside out. I am blessed on such a cool autumn day.
A heaven lies not somewhere across the vast space and time of infinity but within the confines of our simplicity. Heaven is where the heart meets the nature. Heaven is where hopes are still alive. Heaven is where happiness is unbounded. Heaven is where everyone is someone. Heaven is where pure is still pure and love is still love. Heaven is where God is everywhere. I was here when I was three, but then in between I was lost somewhere dark and scary. But I am on my way back now, for home is where heart is. Each blessed day is a day well spent in heaven. It’s in the now that it exists and does not when you don’t exist. The secret is, between here and heaven there is nothing but your belief.

Music in my heart :)

I am not a musician but there is so much music in my heart that if you dare to jump into the depths of my heart you would hear a mysterious and beautiful music of my soul perfectly in tune with the great divine...

RAISING OUR PROFESSIONALISM TO GLOBAL STANDARDS

Professionalism is one of the most fondly used terms of various organizations across the globe today. For an end-user it has become a yardstick to measure the quality of work and commitment of the service provider. Unlike in the past, today, technological advancement has reached its zenith and has made itself available to one and all and as a result of which businesses succeed or fail based only on the degree of professionalism they exhibit. In other words, professionalism has become synonymous with quality and more often it reflects on the image of an organization.
The catch here is, professionalism is not something that can be inculcated into an organization overnight. It requires a vision to succeed in the global arena. Vision often fuels the hunger for knowledge. Knowledge empowers the individuals. Individuals with a great attitude and conduct can transform ordinary jobs into extraordinary success. With success organizations grow bigger. Bigger organizations inspire the smaller ones to emulate their success. When that happens the country succeeds. And when countries succeed, the world is a better place to live in. Countries such as USA, Germany and Japan are a testimony to this and organizations such as GE, GM, Shell, Toyota just to name a few are the by-products of their vision and perseverance.
Quite a rosy picture but it is true every bit and takes years of toil to forge such success. This is exactly where leadership along with knowledge comes into picture. Leadership with vision and an attitude of beneficence tempered with integrity can be infectious and transform the ordinary performers into go-getters. This is exactly an instance when a person is educated into a professional rather than trained. A leader must have a wide cognitive perspective, seeing the place of every individuals' skills within that perspective and continuing to help develop their knowledge and skills within a frame work of values. And thus empowering them with knowledge and values and building a platform to strive for excellence. When excellence is the top most priority for an individual, success beckons and that's when an organization is truly professional in the global arena. There is no short cut to success and there is no short cut to professionalism.

Happy Fish

Has your imagination ever becharmed you into the confines of an aquarium? Well may be or may not be. But why would it be so important to envisage oneself in a vivarium? We often complain of the 7 deadly sins – pride, envy, gluttony, lust, anger, greed and sloth that plague our conscious and enfeeble our determination to remain in peace with our universe. Happiness can neither be found in the vastness of the universe nor in the confines of a nutshell unless one finds it in the core of his heart. Hence happiness is still considered as a cliché by many! If you give a thought to this dissilient question the answer for the macrocosm of conspicuous lies in the simple microcosm of inconspicuous.
The aquarium that embellishes our home has more to reveal than that meets the eyes. If only we learn the art of living from a fish! The hands that crafted the universe blessed silence to a fish and words to men. That’s the reason why a fish would never complain about the shape of the aquarium that it is placed in or the endowments in it and neither does it run away when you play with it nor complain when you ignore it, because it knows its role in the creation and that is to happily swim every bit of its life to discover the marvels of god in the depths of an ocean or at the corners of an aquarium. The past is forgotten, the future is unknown but all that remain is the beautiful present to realise the happiness that dwells within.

The War of Worlds

The war of worlds took its toll on many human lives both in the First and the Second World War. But the war of the worlds wasn’t all about the obliteration of human lives but it was an act of survival of the fittest. And soon only the best forayed into the pavilions of the future to control the dynamics of the world.
The major beneficiary of the war was science and technology as it received a lightening boost during the testing times in order to out do the enemy at any cost. The human loss on both the sides took its toll on the minds of the innocent people forever. They were lost in a vortex of dictatorship, capitalism and socialism. They were driven into madness and chaos. They had no where else to run. And then something sparked off, which led to the birth of new age heroes. This bastion had a cause and they served to liberate the human civilization from clutches of dark ages. In the process they made significant contributions in many areas such as arts, literature, cinema, music, medical science, science and technology and even the world politics. In simple the hiccup of war had changed the geographies of the western world as it led to the germination of human spirit and intellect into many unforeseen ramifications which was unheard off at their times and took them to the future right from the past.
The east is yet to catch up with the west no matter what the present trend would show just because we have become nothing more than consumers at the core and forgotten the essence of life. We are sold to the comforts of materialism which will take us no where. We have forgotten that people are the pulse of the nation. If today we don’t see any great leaders emerging of the caliber of yester years then we have no one else to blame but ourselves. Soon there will an irrepressible emotional difference among people of different geographies, religions and stratum; rather the unholy has already begun.
War is the only solution and I mean it. Sooner or later terrorism would incinerate the peace that’s left; governments would become nothing more than puppets in the hands of rich corporate houses and mob rule would be the order of the day. Only the weak would sit helplessly and still reflect an unperturbed calmness. Such revilement would only hurt the brave for the blood that runs in them is not cold yet. The climax of such an irrepressible degradation of the social frame work would inevitably end in a bloody war. And when it befalls, don’t cry for the dead but cheer for the survivors. Because a new beginning awaits to transpire us into the future tense from the present tense! Our nations shall reap the benefits of the war just like the western world did when it collapsed only to rise like a phoenix.
